What is Conscious Dance

In Conscious Dance, you will engage in a guided movement session focused on self-expression, mindfulness, confidence and emotional release. You will be guided through a series of exercises to help you gain confidence with movement as we begin to move freely together with music designed to aid you release tensions, tuning into your body without judgment or choreographed steps. The intention is to foster self-awareness and a deeper connection with your body, incorporating meditation. We'll create a safe space where we can explore our inner states, release stress, and cultivate presence together.

Conscious Dance is not about how you look or showing your dance skills.
