Conscious Dance New Ross

In this conscious dance workshop, you will engage in a guided movement session focused on self-expression, mindfulness, confidence and emotional release.

You will be guided through a series of exercises to help you gain confidence with movement as we begin to move freely together with music designed to aid you release tensions, tuning into your body without judgment or choreographed steps.

The intention is to foster self-awareness and a deeper connection with your body, incorporating meditation. We'll create a safe space where we can explore our inner states, release stress, cultivate presence together and have fun.

Bring water, comfy clothes and layers as we'll get very warm, but we'll also cool down at the end with a meditation.

Also bring anything you might need for your wellbeing, whether it's a snack, medication (e.g.: inhaler if you're asthmatic, etc.)
